This is one of those dishes thats just ridiculous. The epitome of FoodPorn. Toasted Brioche with a perfectly cooked egg yolk, topped with an insane amount of Caviar. Just plane wrong. 

One of my favorite dishes ever. At Morimoto NYC, the Toro Tartare. Besides how great this dish tastes has to be one of the most creative platings. Really a beautiful dish.

Traditional dish you see at Nobu no matter which one you go to. This happened to be in Melbourne, Australia.
