One of my favorite dishes ever. At Morimoto NYC, the Toro Tartare. Besides how great this dish tastes has to be one of the most creative platings. Really a beautiful dish.

The best sushi in Orange County, California. Bluefin sushi has by far the best quality and variety in OC and perhaps southern california. The only restaurant in Orange County worthy of a michelin star.
Pasta in a white truffle butter sauce finished with shaved white truffle. My favorite restaurant in Colorado, Frasca. This could be one of the best dishes I have ever had, only a couple ingredients but the white truffle was so insanely good I still remember how happy I was eating this dish.
